The Cabinet of Ministers regulation approved by the government on May 28 established the amount of the fourteenth pension for 2024. It follows that the 14th pension this year will be lower than in 2023 by more than PLN 869. How much money will pensioners receive this year as part of the 14th pension?
- This year the total number will be fourteen PLN 1,780.96 grosswhich is the current minimum pension. The full amount is available to people whose basic benefit, e.g. retirement pension, disability pension, does not exceed PLN 2,900 gross.
- In the case of persons with a main benefit between PLN 2,900 and PLN 4,630.96 gross, the fourteenth benefit will be reduced according to the principle zloty for zloty.
- For the pension of PLN 3,500 gross, a fourteen-year-old will be entitled to an amount of PLN 600 less, i.e. PLN 1,180.96 gross.

Fourteen will be free from deductions, e.g. it will not be included in your income when applying for social assistance, alimony or 500 plus for dependents. Only the health insurance premium and the advance payment of income tax will be deducted from the benefit. A pensioner who receives the minimum benefit amount (PLN 1,780.96 gross) will receive a total of two payments worth PLN 3,114.35 net.

Fourteenth retirement is available to a wide group of retirees and pensioners. This benefit is granted to people who receive:
- pensions and annuities in the general system,
- agricultural pensions,
- pensions and annuities for uniformed services,
- provisional pensions,
- pre-retirement benefits and subsidies,
- social pensions,
- teacher compensation benefits,
- supplementary parental benefits,
- pecuniary benefit for blind civilian victims of war,
- war and military pensions for invalids.
14. Retirement 2024. Who will not receive money from ZUS?
