In the process, which was filed this Thursday the 26th, Marçal asked for R$ 100 thousand. His defense claimed that the episode had a “devastating effect”. The attack occurred after Datena was confronted on charges of harassment. Previously, the PRTB legislative candidate challenged the legislative candidate to attack him.

In response, Datena also filed a lawsuit against Marçal, in which the PSDB candidate had to ask for millionaire compensation.

“Marçal acted very cruelly against Datena’s dignity, because the accusations made by Marçal were lies, and the harassment case was baseless in the labor court, and in the criminal field it was filed without any evidence. “The alleged victim was sued for slander and defamation,” said Datena’s defense.
