The Oppo Find X8 is scheduled to launch in October, and today several images were released purportedly showing a working prototype.
As you can see, the Find X8 in question comes housed in a huge casing that is meant to hide the fact that it is an unreleased smartphone that is wandering around the streets of China.
In the photo on the right we see Oppo’s interpretation of Apple’s Dynamic Island in practice.
The Find X8 was also rumored to “borrow” camera controls from the iPhone 16 family. According to previous rumors, the Find X8 will feature a flat screen measuring between 6.5” and 6.7” with a resolution of 1256×2760. It will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9400 SoC.
The cameras will be 50MP, 50MP ultra-wide, and 3x periscope zoom. The phone will be available in black, white, blue, and pink. It will have a 5600mAh battery with support for 100W wired charging.
