The Operational Command of the Armed Forces reported that none of the Polish soldiers were injured in the rocket attack in Lebanon. It was reported that both UNIFIL PMC soldiers returned safely to base.
As reported by the media on Sunday, A United Nations vehicle was damaged in a missile attack in southern Lebanon; it carried eight soldiers: six Irish and two Polish.
Referring to information circulated in the media about a missile attack in the area where the Polish UNIFIL Military Contingent is stationed in Lebanon, the Operational Command of the Armed Forces Branches announced on platform X that “None of the Polish soldiers who participated in the joint patrol were injured”. It was noted that “both UNIFIL PMC soldiers returned safely to base.”
