Users from Nubank complained that the app, one of the few ways to access virtual banking, not on air this Wednesday (25). When clicking on the application icon, the user is greeted by an unusual request to enter a password. When doing so, they do not connect despite providing correct data.
On social networks like Bluesky there are hundreds of similar reportsinforming that “Nubank has fallen”.
The bank has not commented on the reasons for the volatility, nor has it provided data on yield expectations.
