The aircraft will fly to Britain’s second-largest city twice a week. It plans its maiden voyage on October 28.
This is the seventh route that Ryanair will serve from Łódź in the autumn and winter. In addition to Birmingham, the aircraft will fly to Alicante, Brussels, Dublin, London, Malaga and Milan. In total, this will result in 22 flights a week from the central Polish airport and space for 330,000 passengers a year.
– Ryanair offers greater choice and benefits to residents and guests of Łódź thanks to the opening of a new route to Birmingham – said Ryanair’s manager responsible for Central and Eastern Europe and the Baltic states, Alicja Wójcik-Gołębiowska, quoted in the airline’s release.
