They say social media crises always break out on weekends. In fact, Saturday on Twitter was devoted to discussions about the state of Polish science. But Maciej Gdula, Deputy Minister of Science and Higher Education, seems to have achieved something extraordinary: a topic that rarely appears in public debate and was never present in the election campaign, is beginning to go beyond the bubble, because scientific research and society expect Prime Minister Donald Tusk’s intervention.
