A boy with autism and non-verbal made his mother cry – with joy – when he let out his voice for the first time and sang the hit song “Só Fé” by Goiás singer and composer Grelo. The emotional moment has been viewed more than 4 million times.
Jéssica Rosa and her son Lucas have autism and live in Porto Alegre, Rio Grande do Sul. On TikTok, the mother explains that her son has non-verbal autism and has recently started saying sentences. He is almost 7 years old.

In the video, Lucas, who has level 1 autism, which is considered the “mildest” level of ASD, sings the song at the top of his lungs, while Jéssica records emotionally.
“POV (point of view) one day you dream of hearing the voice of your nonverbal autistic child,” she wrote in the video.
