To unlock, Moraes demands:

  • AX Brasil informs, with the express consent of Starlink, whether the blocked amount will be used to pay the fine and consequently cancels the appeal filed;
  • demands immediate payment of a fine of R$10 million for non-compliance with a two-day court order;
  • and that X’s legal representative in Brazil, Rachel de Oliveira, pay a fine of R$300,000.

The fine of R$10 million refers to the “dribbling” X carried out during the platform blockade in Brazil. On September 18, X was again accessed by Brazilian internet users.
