Mom-to-be at Drashti Dham’s baby shower with BFFs Nakuul Mehta, Sunayana Fozdar and more

TV star Drashti Dhami and her businessman husband Neeraj Khemka are expecting their first child. The couple announced their pregnancy in June of this year. On Saturday, the couple hosted a baby shower for industry friends and family. In attendance were Drashti’s BFF and actor Nakuul Mehta, his wife Jankee Parekh, Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah actress Sunayana Fozdar and others. Drashti shared a series of pictures from the ceremony on her Instagram stories. The actress wore a one-shoulder blue ruched dress.

In one picture, Drashti and Neeraj are seen cutting a two-tiered cake, while in another picture, the actress has an acrylic baby print on her nails. The table was decorated with blue and pink desserts and in another picture, Neeraj, Nakuul and Jankee show off the mom-to-be’s baby bump.

Announcing the good news in June this year, Drashti and Neeraj shared a video where the actor is seen flaunting her baby bump. They can be seen holding wine glasses and holding a banner that reads “Could be pink, could be blue. All we know is we’re coming. October 2024. Other family members are seen playing with pink and blue balloons.”

Captioning the Instagram post, the couple wrote: “In a galaxy not so far away, a little rebel joins our crazy tribe. Send us love, blessings, money and french fries. #BabyKOnBoard. We can’t wait for October 2024!”

For the uninitiated, Drashti Dhami got married to businessman Neeraj Khemka in February 2015.

Drashti Dhami debuted in the television industry with the popular 2007 show Dill grinder Gayye. However, his breakthrough role was included Madhubala – Ek Ishq Ek Junoon. The actor has also appeared in TV shows such as Pardes Mein Hai Mera Dil, Ek Tha Raja Ek Thi Rani and Silsila Badalte Rishton Ka among many others. He was last seen in the web series Empire.
