City of Juarez.- Possessing a 30-30 rifle, Agustín Fernando MS was surprised and arrested by city agents.
Agents from the Municipal Secretariat of Public Security who were passing through Marfa and Professor Augusto Hernández streets, in the Horizontes del Sur subdivision, observed a person carrying an object wrapped in a towel in his hand, who showed an evasive attitude when observing the Police units passing by.
He was immediately approached, and after carrying out a preventive inspection for security protocols, a 30-30 caliber rifle was found wrapped in a towel, its stock was exhausted, followed by the arrest of the person who claimed to be Agustín Fernando MS, 41 years old. .
Eventually, he was brought before the proper authorities for criminal acts in violation of federal firearms and explosives laws.
