Belarusian leader Alexander Lukashenko said in an interview with Russian television that Ukraine would be “very happy” if Russia used nuclear weapons because then the Kremlin would no longer have allies, the Ukrainska Pravda website reported.
I fear that Ukraine’s escalation is an attempt to force Russia to take asymmetric measures. Consider the use of nuclear weapons. I am sure Ukraine would be happy if we or Russia used tactical nuclear weapons there. It would make them happy.

The portal recalled that in June this year Oleksandr Lytvynenko, Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, suggested that Vladimir Putin may order the use of tactical nuclear weapons if his army suffers a “catastrophic defeat” in Ukraine.
