Out of an abundance of caution, the president has changed planes and will board the support plane on Tuesday, according to information from Igor Gadelha’s column, on the Metropolis portal.
The Brazilian Air Force said in a statement that the presidential plane encountered a “technical problem” after take-off and that the pilots were waiting for “the necessary fuel consumption” to return to the airport.
President Lula (PT) has been in Mexico since Sunday the 29th to participate in the inauguration of the country’s new president, Claudia Sheinbaum, which took place today.
