Sberbank, together with the Krasnodar Territory Entrepreneurship Development Fund, agreed to accelerate the receipt of bank guarantees with collateral. The document on this subject was signed by Olga Okorokova, Deputy Director of the bank’s Krasnodar branch, and Elena Pistunova, Executive Director of the Krasnodar Territory Entrepreneurship Development Fund.
Entrepreneurs are increasingly using bank guarantees. This gives them the opportunity to participate in public procurement, simplifies VAT refunds and allows them to receive a deferral of customs duty payments. In addition, in the absence of their own guarantee, representatives of small and medium-sized businesses in the region can take advantage of state support and issue a guarantee from the Entrepreneurship Development Fund of the Krasnodar Territory.

“Previously, the process of considering an application from entrepreneurs for a bank guarantee with a guarantee from the Fund took 14 days, now it takes only 5 days. Thus, the digitalization of the bank’s business processes allows representatives of small and medium-sized businesses to improve and optimize work processes. Elena Pistunova, Executive Director of the Krasnodar Territory Entrepreneurship Development Fund:
