Ciudad Juárez – An alleged attacker was arrested on Sunday afternoon in El Parel, by municipal police from the University area, where they surprised him when he was trying to take a man’s wallet.
A spokesman for the Municipal Public Security Secretariat reported that the arrest took place on the streets of Niño Héroes and Colombia, where they noticed a person who was carrying a knife and was threatening another.
Agents approached the suspect and the victim told them that the subject stripped him of all his valuables, which is why a person who gave his name as Kevin Alexander N.M., 25, was arrested. A cell phone was seized from the victim and the knife with which he committed the crime.
It was placed at the disposal of the Public Prosecution Office in the Northern District Public Prosecution Office.
