In the sixth part of the Jaśminowy Mokotów housing estate in Warsaw, the developer, Skanska Residential Development Poland, has planned four three-level townhouses, which will contain 40 apartments with areas ranging from approximately 50 to 140 m2 – from two to five bedrooms.
Smart home
Six semi-detached buildings will also be built. There will be 12 houses (three-storey buildings, approximately 160 metres high, each with three parking spaces).
– All apartments and villas will be equipped with an intelligent energy management system, and single-family homes will be independent of the municipal heating network – the developer announces.
A green housing complex with a park
In addition to the gardens allocated to the apartments and villas, two green squares will also be created. “In addition, the property will be connected to the Enklawa Park that we have created,” the representatives of the developer say. “There will also be a pedestrian path along the water reservoir.”
