Gdańsk Jaskółcza. Public-private partnership

Jaskółcza is the first commercial element of the investment based on the PPP (public-private partnership) model. The aim of the project initiated by the city is to revitalize the Lower Town.

The private partner of the project is GGI Dolne Miasto, a company 100% owned by Euro Style. Commercial investments (residential and service) will be built in several locations.

Public goals are also implemented within the framework of PPPs. A multi-purpose sports field has already been built and renovation of the entrances and stands in Nowa Motława is underway.

The plans include, among others: construction of a kindergarten and revitalization of 5.5 ha of green areas.
