“Mr. Salame withdraws the Petition so that Ms. Bond may present the matter in her action,” Salame’s attorneys wrote in the new court documents. “To be clear, Mr. Salame stands by the facts set forth in the Petition and his accompanying affidavit. However, Mr. Salame withdraws the Petition so that Ms. Bond may develop the facts and a ruling may be made on her case.”
