Preity Zinta is a loving mother to her twin children – son Jai and daughter Gia. On Wednesday, Preity shared a cute picture with her son on Instagram. The picture shows Preity wearing a gray T-shirt and denim shorts sitting on the sofa. Her son Jai, playing doctor with a toy stethoscope, examines her. “Cute,” did we hear you say? In the caption, Preity Zinta wrote, “Dr Jai to the rescue. If you know, you know.” Hrithik Roshan wrote ‘Love’ in the message with a red heart emoji.
In an interview with Vogue, Preity Zinta spoke about her struggles to conceive through IVF before opting for surrogacy. The actor said, “I have good days and bad days like everyone else. Sometimes it’s hard to always be happy in real life, especially when you’re going through a tough phase. I felt like that sometimes. During my IVF cycles.”
She added, “It was very difficult to be smiling and comfortable all the time. Sometimes I just wanted to bang my head against the wall and cry or not talk to anyone. So yeah, it has to be a balancing act for all the actors.”
Preity Zinta announced the birth of twins on Instagram in 2021. Sharing a photo with husband Gene Goodenough, she wrote, “Hi everyone, I wanted to share our wonderful news with you all today. Gene and I are overjoyed and our hearts are filled with gratitude and so much love as we welcome our twins Jai Zinta Goodenough & Gia Zinta Goodenough We are very excited about this new phase of our lives as we are part of this incredible journey – Gene, Preity, Jai & Gia.
Preity Zinta married Gene Goodenough in 2016. They welcomed twins via surrogacy in 2021. On the work front, Preity Zinta will be next seen in Lahore 1947 opposite Sunny Deol.
