In Rio Vermelho, Solar Gastronomia promotes evenings with delicious food, exclusive drinks and music programs

O Solar Gastronomylocated in an iconic neighborhood Red Riverin Salvador, setting up a full night affective gastronomy, designed by chef Andréa Nascimento; exclusive drinks; and a lively music program. This Friday (27th), starting at 8pm, the room will host AcavernA band performancewhich promises to excite the public. Reservations can be made via (71) 99658-8870.

The AcavernA group consists of friends Edy Blues (vocals), Alessandro Calango (bass), Arnaldo Jr. (drums), Gleidson (guitar) and Abdon Leone (keyboards). On this occasion, they prepared a repertoire inspired by the best pop/rock music of the 80s/90s.

Among the gastronomic highlights are maniçoba dumplings accompanied by lambão sauce, Cici fillet, crispy prawns and salmon rollin addition to a variety of starters, snacks, seafood, pasta, risotto, salads, crepes and sandwiches, with vegetarian and vegan variations, that make up the original menu.

Fruit-based drinks, gin, liqueur, vodka, tequila and rum are choices to accompany the menu. Solar also offers a wine list, sparkling wine, beer and non-alcoholic drinks, such as juices and iced tea.
