Mexico City.- From the Zocalo in the capital, President Claudia Sheinbaum pledged to leave her soul and even her life for the well-being of the people.
When mentioning his 100 government commitments, he also promised to defend the country and praise honesty and brotherhood.
He expressed his commitment to give my knowledge, my soul, my life and my best for the well-being of the people of Mexico. “I commit to you to always defend Mexico. I commit to upholding love, truth, honesty and brotherhood and condemning any form of discrimination.”
Sheinbaum promised not to let the citizens down, and in keeping with one of AMLO’s mantras, he also stressed that he would not lie, steal or betray the people.
“I am committed to continuing to make history,” he stated. In front of thousands of people who filled Constitution Square, he stressed that his responsibility is to lead our country on the path of peace, security, democracy, environmental care, freedoms, and justice. He added: “I am clear that our guide is the well-being and happiness of the people. I am clear that we will all do the second floor of the fourth shift.” After an hour and 8 minutes of speeches, the Morinistas concluded their speech by cheering for the Fourth Transformation and for Mexico.
