Stressing that despite the flaws of this solution, it will lead to a needed “reset” in the justice system.According to Kasmierczak, the current situation and the multi-year-long dispute over the courts that has affected subsequent institutions have a negative impact on business confidence in investing in Poland. He said that this is not surprising because businessmen have begun to have doubts about the validity of the rulings issued by Polish courts.
