New Delhi:
Kalki Koechlin jokingly blamed Alia Bhatt for getting her in trouble. Wondering how? Recently, Kalki shared a picture on her Instagram stories with a page from Alia Bhatt’s book ED Finds A Home. After tagging Alia Bhatt, she wrote in the caption: “Oh, you got us in trouble. Now Sappho wants Ed home.” Re-sharing the post on her Instagram stories, Alia left the series laughing out loud emojis. For context, Alia launched her first book ED Finds A Home at the Storyverse – Children’s Lit Fest in Mumbai in June. Alia’s book is about Ed the dog and Alia (a little girl). Alia has superpowers and can talk to Ed.
In June, Alia also shared the book on her Instagram. Sharing the news on her Instafam, Alia Bhatt wrote, “A new adventure begins. ‘Ed Finds Home’ is just the beginning of a new series of books from Ed-a-mamma’s universe. My childhood was full of storytelling and storytellers.. and one day I had a dream to bring that child out and put it to children’s books.. I am so grateful to my fellow storytellers, @shabnamminwalla and @tanvibhat.draws, whose wonderful ideas, contributions and imagination helped bring our first book to life. Fingers crossed for this journey. You can find the books online and in major bookstores.” Look:
