O Fasano Salvador inaugurated GeroThis Wednesday (18), during the event for guests. The restaurant will operate in the lobby of the building, in the former Fasano restaurant, under the command of the chef Bahia Brito.

Gero brings a more relaxed atmosphere to Hotel Fasano, and maintains the same inspiration as the brand’s first address, opened in 1994, in São Paulo, with the aim of bringing a more relaxed profile to classic Italian cuisine..

The opening is part of a gastronomic concept that has been implemented in other Fasano hotels located in major city centers. It is the fourth Gero to open inside a hotel, as well as existing addresses in São Paulo (Itaim), Rio de Janeiro and Belo Horizonte, and promises to bring new flavors to the gastronomy of the Bahian capital.
