Mel Maia’s boyfriend João Maria Pereira announced the sale of a gift that MC Daniel gave to the actress. She and the funk player dated briefly before she met the surfer and began their romance.
“I am very excited to announce that today I will be launching my newest luxury goods store. It will start with pre-owned Prada bags in very good condition, so stay tuned,” the boy said.
Soon, fans realized that the item was the same model that the MC had given her during her relationship with the artist. With the impact and some speculation that Mel offered the item to help her partner, Pereira spoke out.
“Nobody donated anything, I’m not a charity. I’ll sell her the bag. Obviously, the money goes to her. [Vocês] They don’t waste any time,” he commented with a laugh.
Mel Maia received a scholarship worth R$23,000, in January last year. At the time, she showed her treat on the web, tagging the musician, who replied: “I will give you the world”. MC Daniel is currently dating Lorena Maria, who is expecting the couple’s first child.
