Police detained a man who on Monday morning – near the bridge on ul. Płocka in Ciechanów – he hit an 11-year-old child riding a bicycle and then tried to pull him into the car. When it failed, he drove away. According to RMF MAXX reporter Kamil Puternicki, the detained person is 38 years old.
In Ciechanów at ul. Płocka on Monday morning A man hit an 11-year-old boy who was riding a bike. He tried to drag him to the car. Fortunately – as RMF MAXX reporter Kamil Puternicki reports – passers-by reacted. Nothing happened to the child and the attacker left.
According to an eyewitness to the incident, the man was driving a silver Ford Focus with a Warsaw (WB) license plate.

The process has been initiated regarding Art. 191 of the Criminal Code which among other things states that “anyone who uses violence against a person or unlawful threats, forces him to do a certain act, threatened with a maximum prison sentence of 3 years”..
