Gusttavo Lima surprised the public by announcing that he would be reducing the number of shows in 2025. According to the country singer, the decision was made so that he could have more time with his family and rest.

In his appearance, he commented on his intense routine: “25 years of singing from Thursday to Sunday, without a day off”, and expressed his desire to be more present in the lives of his wife and children.

Gusttavo currently performs about 20 shows a month, but says he will only perform 50 shows throughout the year next year. “We will miss each other, but it will be for a very special reason, for family and for a break,” he said, as his 6- and 7-year-old children grow up.

Gusttavo Lima involved in Deolane case

Gusttavo Lima broke his silence after an article by Fantástico, on TV Globo, revealed that the singer’s company, Balada Eventos e Produções Limitada, had blocked R$20 million as part of an investigation investigating money laundering for a betting house, involving Deolane Bezerra. The artist said that he and his company were the target of an “injustice”.

According to his compatriots, including his company involved in an alleged “crazy” criminal organization, he stated, in a story on his Instagram profile, that “there was an overreaction by the authorities” in associating his photos with an alleged money laundering scheme from an illegal betting house.
