The Federal Police (PF) includes Gustavo Lima in its International Traffic in Persons System. Once a person is included in this PF alert system, they can be arrested when passing through any “migration point” in Brazil.
Gusttavo Lima was the target of a request for preventive detention filed by the Pernambuco Court this Monday (23), as part of Operation Integration.
The singer’s defense claims that the prison order is unfair and that Gusttavo Lima is innocent. He also said that “it is a decision that is completely contrary to the facts that have been clarified” and will prove the artist’s innocence.
According to the decision of judge Andrea Calado da Cruz, the singer will help José André da Rocha Neto, owner of the betting site VaideBet, and his wife, Aislla Rocha, to remain abroad.
Rocha Neto and his wife have also been the targets of arrest warrants since the operation was launched on September 4, the same day that lawyer and influencer Deolane Bezerra was arrested.
