Guarani will have a space for autistic people at Brinco de Ouro Stadium

O Guarani announced the launch of the StarsTEA project, which aims to promote a series of actions aimed at social inclusion for people with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

O Gold Earrings will have a special area tailored for autistic people. The stadium will feature controlled lighting, sound and sensory stimulation. The new environment is scheduled to open in time for the first game. Paulista Championshipin 2025.

“Our main objective is to create a more welcoming environment adapted to the needs of people with this disorder. Guarani belongs to everyone and we will always do our best to make everyone feel comfortable in our space. We are very proud of the launch of this project, which is in keeping with the size of the institution”, said André Marconatto, president of the bugre.

From October onwards, the club will focus on measures such as training the stadium’s customer service team and the institution’s employees, developing awareness campaigns to raise public awareness about the inclusion of autistic people in sporting events, and also holding football classes on natural or synthetic grass and swimming, adapted for those with the disorder.
