A German woman has died after a shark attack off the west coast of Africa. A 30-year-old holidaymaker who was rescued alive by a Spanish rescue helicopter died mid-air of a cardiac arrest while en route to the Canary Islands, several Spanish island media outlets, including the digital newspaper Atlantico Hoi, reported, citing the country’s maritime rescue service.
