George Conway compares Trump to Hitler in his bunker after bogus Harris Crowd AI claim

George Conway, a longtime critic of Donald Trump, has accused the former president of using Adolf Hitler in recent days after a bizarre attempt to play down the furore surrounding Vice President Kamala Harris.

Trump on Sunday falsely accused his presidential opponent of using artificial intelligence to suggest a large crowd attended Wednesday’s campaign rally near Detroit.

Harris’ campaign said the rally drew 15,000 people as tension surrounded his White House, while Trump falsely claimed no one was there. The event was widely covered by the media, with local news outlet MLive reporting that “about 15,000 people” attended the demonstration.

Trump’s baseless claim led Conway to repeat his attacks on the Republican presidential nominee, going so far as to compare Trump’s mood to Hitler retreating to his Berlin bunker in the final days of World War II.

while appearing on MSNBC’s “Good morning Joe” On Monday, Conway told host Jonathan Lemire, “[Trump] is, as I have said, a narcissistic sociopath, a pathological narcissist, and a sociopath as defined by the American Psychiatric Association.”

“These are, historians will tell you, the hallmarks of authoritarian dictators throughout history,” the conservative lawyer continued. “And what we’re seeing now is, as you said, an implosion. I think that’s how it was always going to happen in the end. The final implosion of Donald Trump.”

“I mean, it’s like Hitler, when Hitler was moving in the Führerbunker around divisions that weren’t there in the last 10 days of the war,” Conway added. “He’s completely lost it. This message is undeniably, misguided.”

Conway recently launched a new political action committee, the Anti-Psychopath PAC.

During last month’s Republican National Convention, Conway’s PAC put up anti-Trump billboards around the host city of Milwaukee, reminding voters that the GOP was nominating a “convicted felon.”
