Today, Monday (30/9), the Legal Secretariat of the Defense Forces implemented an operation to remove illegal withdrawals. The action was carried out at the 210 commercial building in Asa Sol and is consistent with the court’s decision.
The Ministry indicates that the establishments targeted by the operation “were notified in advance of the settlement or were ordered to demolish the violating occupancies,” depending on each case. According to the ministry, the notification was submitted in May this year.
Unresolved violations by organizations are removed by DF Legal. He added, “The administration is carrying out the forced removal, which will result in operational costs being sent to officials.”
