This is the result of the draft amendment to the Law on Social and Vocational Rehabilitation and Employment of Persons with Disabilities (combined text: Jurnal Hukum Tahun 2024 number 44 as amended) submitted by KO and Polska 2050 – Members of Parliament of the Third Way. It is included in the regulations that come into force on August 3 this year. changes to the regulations, among others: holders of the Covid decree that expires on September 30. According to them, if the interested party applies for a certificate of disability or his title during the validity period of the existing document, it will remain valid for the next six months, but at the latest until a new one is obtained. At the same time, Art. section 6bb 2 of the Law stipulates that the validity period of the certificate of disability is no longer than until the person reaches the age of 16.
