Former Vasco and Santos, Gisele Cabrera takes over leadership of CBDN as new CEO

A Brazilian Snow Sports Confederation (CBDN) announced this Friday (27) executive Gisele Cabrera for the position of CEO. The professional will replace Pedro Cavazzoni, who held this position for more than eight years.

Having graduated in law from the Catholic University of Santos, Gisele has experience in management and compliance, specializing in institutions such as inner e Getúlio Vargas Foundation (FGV).

Before taking over CBDN, the executive was deputy manager of litigation and consulting at Santos and the legal director at SAF did Vasco da Gama.

“I am deeply humbled by the trust placed in me by the CBDN governing and advisory body. Joining an entity with this level of governance and ambitious goals is a personal achievement,” said Gisele.

“I am excited about the challenge of increasing the growth of snow sports in Brazil and growing interest in the sport among Brazilians,” he continued.

Gisele took over leadership of CBDN two years earlier Milan-Cortina d’Ampezzo Winter Olympicswhich will be played in 2026.
