Fighting exclusion from communication. The bus fund must go beyond municipal borders

Residents of large cities, where communication is usually good, only discover during the holidays that transport black spots are still a major problem in the rest of the country. In smaller cities, timetables often only include one morning and one afternoon course, often marked with the letter S, i.e. only taking place on school days. Without a car, you can’t get to work or to the doctor. The situation should have changed with the creation of the Bus Transport Development Fund (FRPA) in 2019, but improvements can only be seen in a few places – where local governments get involved in the fight for financing and organizing transport.
