Following weaker-than-expected US labor market data, the dollar fell significantly against other currencies. The EUR/USD rate approached 1.11, the highest level this week. The PLN is gaining as the euro strengthens against the dollar. Domestic investors paid PLN 3,858 for the American currency in the afternoon, which is 0.4 percent lower than Tuesday’s close. The euro is valued at PLN 4,275, similar to the last close.
Bitcoin is making up for its morning losses. The price of the largest cryptocurrency has lost almost 3% and dropped to $56,000. In the afternoon, however, bitcoin gained 0.5%, to $58,400.
