How to prepare lemonade?

Place lemon wedges in the bottom of a larger dish. Add the syrup and lemon juice, pour over the sparkling water and stir gently. Garnish with mint leaves. If the drink is not sweet enough, you can add more syrup or a little honey or brown sugar.

How to prepare this mocktail?

Peel the pears and cut out the seeds. Leave a few slices for decoration, and blend the rest with a little water until smooth. If you prefer a clearer juice, strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve. Combine the syrup, sparkling water, and ice cubes in a larger bowl. Garnish with pear slices and rosemary sprigs.
