A 34-year-old app driver killed a thief in response to an attempted robbery after grabbing his gun, on Saturday night, 21. Two other suspects who were in the victim’s car fled. The case occurred in São Vicente, on the coast of São Paulo.
The driver accepted the trip with two passengers, in addition to the one who was shot, in the Jabaquara neighborhood, in the south of São Paulo, heading to Rua João Batista Robortella, in the Catiapoã neighborhood, in the coastal city of São Paulo.

According to the victim, when the race was over, the third suspect approached the car and announced his robbery. One of the passengers sitting in the back seat choked the driver in the back.
The victim was placed in the back seat by the defendant who shot him twice, according to the report. During a disturbance, the driver took a gun from one of them, after a physical altercation and opened fire.
