Local government officials took matters, or rather grandmother’s affairs, into their own hands. The path was paved by the Koszalin authorities, where from October 1 the so-called The fixed fee for a child’s stay in a municipal educational institution will increase to PLN 1,750. The mechanism is clear: PLN 1,500 from the active parent and PLN 250 will be paid by the biological parent. To make things more fun, the program promised by the Platform was “adapted” by the Platform’s councilors. The City Council’s resolution was supported by thirteen representatives of the KO, with six councilors from the PiS and Trzecia Droga clubs opposing it.
