The request to convene an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of Cyfrowy Polsat was made by the Cypriot company Reddev Investments Limited, through which Zygmunt Solorz holds part of the share package of his holding company. The general assembly will be held on October 8th.
The draft resolutions of the general assembly included: determination of the number of members of the Supervisory Board of Cyfrowy Polsat and dismissal and appointment of some of its members. The names of these persons have not yet been disclosed.

The latest change to the Supervisory Board of Cyfrowy Polsat was the appointment in June this year of Justyna Kulka, who had previously been associated with Polkomtel for many years. Other members of the board are Zygmunt Solorz (as chairman, since mid-2021), Tomasz Szeląg (since mid-2018), Józef Birka (since spring 2015), Marek Grzybowski (since July 2020), Tobias Solorz, Zbigniew Alojzy Nowak and Jarosław Grzesiak (the last three in mid-2021).
The board of directors of Cyfrowy Polsat consists of Mirosław Błaszczyk as chairman (since spring 2019), vice-chairman Maciej Stec (since November 2014), Aneta Jaskólska (since July 2010), Agnieszka Odorowicz (since June 2016), Katarzyna Ostap-Tomann (since October 2016) and Felczykowski Jacek (since April 2019).
Zygmunt Solorz owns shares that constitute 48.15 percent of the capital and 59.51 percent of the votes at the general meeting of Cyfrowy Polsat. On Tuesday, at the end of the stock exchange session, the price per share of the company was PLN 13.60, which translated into a capitalization of PLN 8.7 billion. Since the beginning of this year, the share has gained 10.3 percent, but is still 57 percent lower than three years ago.

In the case of the Pątnów-Adamów-Konin Power Plant Complex, the general meeting will be held on October 7, at the request of another investment vehicle of Zygmunt Solorz – Argumenol Investment Company Limited, through which the businessman owns 65.96 percent. companies.
There Changes were also planned for the composition of the supervisory board and the determination of the number of its members. The chairman of the board is currently Zygmunt Solorz (since December 2020), and in June this year Justyna Kulka and Beata Jakacka-Sitek were appointed.

The other members are Vice-Chair Walendziak Wiesław (since mid-2017), Secretary Tomasz Szeląg (since October 2016), Grzegorz Krystek (since April 2019), Sławomir Zakrzewski (since October 2017), Zbigniew Alojzy Nowak (since June 2020), Henryk Sobierajski (from December 2020) and Tobias Solorz and Piotr Żak (both from March 2022).
