The Limes family is looking for a new home. As tenant Martin Marzoll told the General-Anzeiger, he has to close his cult bar on Theaterstrasse at the end of the year after 18 years. The 43-year-old cited the failure of rent negotiations with the landlord as the reason. The rent will double in the next three years. According to Marzoll, continuing to operate the pub at this location is not economical for this reason.
