Previously, Zeta-Jones had shared an old photo of herself and Douglas and wrote: “Happy birthday to Michael and me!” Douglas also wrote to his “birthday sister” on Instagram alongside a photo of Zeta-Jones: “I love you with all my heart.” The Hollywood stars have been married for almost 24 years and have two children together.
