Housing loan sales increased by 66.9% year-on-year to PLN 6.976 billion in July 2024 (and increased by 12.3% m/m), according to data from the Credit Information Bureau (BIK). In terms of volume, the number of housing loans issued last month increased by 48.8% year-on-year to 16.6 thousand (and increased by 12.6% m/m) – ISBnews agency reports.
