The regulation of the Minister of Education of July 31, 2024 amending the regulation of teacher training institutions comes into force (Official Gazette of August 16, 2024, item 1247).
They are introduced by art. Section 301 1 of the Law of July 12, 2024 – Electronic Communications Law (Official Gazette of August 9, 2024, item 1,221).
This is the regulation of the Minister of Culture and National Heritage of July 26, 2024, which amends the regulation on the scope of attributions covered by state patronage, granting subsidies targeted at the attributions covered by it and granting co-financing to entities operating in the area of state patronage, culture and protection of national heritage (Official Gazette of August 2, 2024 r., item 1,167).
The regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of July 29, 2024, amending the regulation on the requirements in the field of physical and mental fitness of persons applying for a qualification certificate as an aviation crew member or holding a qualification certificate as an aviation crew member (Official Gazette of August 2, 2024, item 1.163).
In the first half of 2024, 548.6 thousand were transferred to ZUS. RUD forms, in which 696.02 thousand contracts for specific works were reported. This is the smallest number of contracts for specific works reported to ZUS compared to the same period in previous years since the start of the registration of contracts for specific works. However, the characteristics of the entities reporting contracts for specific works and their contractors have not changed.
Applications for family benefits on paper can be submitted from 1 August 2024 until 30 November 2024 at the latest, in order not to lose the family allowance from November 2024. Applications for the establishment of the right to family benefits for the new benefit period are accepted from 1 August of a given year, and in the case of applications submitted electronically – from 1 July of a given year – reminds the Ministry of Family and Social Policy.
Family benefits are income-related. The total amount of the benefit is due when the family income per person in the family does not exceed PLN 674, and if there is a disabled child in the family, the family income per person cannot exceed PLN 764.00. In case of exceeding the above-mentioned income, the benefit is paid in the form of zloty for zloty.
