Dorian S., who attacked a 25-year-old woman in central Warsaw in late February, is sane – according to an investigation commissioned by the prosecutor’s office. Therefore, an indictment will be filed in court within a few days.
“Dorian S. is sane” – confirmed the spokesman for the Warsaw District Prosecutor’s Office, Prosecutor Piotr Antoni Skiba. He said that an indictment would be submitted to the court in the coming days.
Elizaveta (this is the woman’s full name) naked and unconscious, she was found in the early hours of Sunday, February 25, by a caretaker at the gate of the property on ul. Żurawia in Warsaw.
He called an ambulance and the police. The woman was taken to hospital and was in critical condition. She died without regaining consciousness on Friday, March 1.
The perpetrator of the crime, who was arrested on the day of the attack, was Dorian S., 23, during a search of his apartment the police found, among others, a large kitchen knife and a balaclava used in the crime.
The man not only raped the woman, but also stole her two cell phones, several payment cards and her wallet. Dorian S. – as investigators claim – he terrorized a Belarusian woman with a knife, dragged her to the gate of the tenement, raped her, suffocated her and brutally beat her.
He then knocked the 25-year-old woman unconscious, went to the store and caught a tram back to his home in Mokotów, where he lived with his partner.
The 23-year-old was then charged with robbery, sexual crimes and attempted murder with a dangerous weapon. By court order, he was imprisoned for three months.
After the woman’s death, the Public Prosecutor’s Office changed the charge against Dorian S. The man was heard charge of sexual homicide and robbery.
