A young Brazilian immigrant went viral on social media when he gave an interview during an anti-immigration protest in Portugal. The unusual scene occurred during a CNN report from Portugal during a demonstration in the city of Lisbon.
The reporter asks the young man, who is only 17 years old, if the topic of immigration bothers him. But his answer was surprising, as he mentioned that he was an immigrant who came from Brazil when he was a child with his family.
“[A imigração] It moves. Why? Because I’m not actually Portuguese, I was born in Brazil, I’m Portuguese these days, and obviously my parents came here when I was young.
