Bouygues Immobilier Polska is building new housing estates in Warsaw

Bouygues Immobilier Polska has signed contracts with two developers for investments announced this year in Warsaw. Erbud Group is responsible for the Neo Praga investment and Avenir will be built by Swietelsky. Construction of both lots is scheduled for completion in 2026. A total of 200 apartments will be built.

Neo Prague with green roof

Neo Prague is another joint investment by Erbud and Bouygues Immobilier Polska. A building with a green roof will be built on ul. Drwęcka in Prague-Południe. Neo Prague offers 104 apartments with areas ranging from 28 to 115 m2. The ground floor premises have gardens assigned to them.

– The advantage of the investment is its location near the planned Mińska metro station – says the developer.
