Boost Smoothie opens first unit in Salvador with a healthy and practical eating proposal

Boost Smoothie opened its first unit in Salvador this Saturday morning (21), in Barra, next to Restaurante Pereira. The proposal of the space is to offer a menu through the To-Go system (buy and take away).

In the soft opening (testing phase), the store will be open every day, initially from 8am to 12pm. Starting next Saturday (28), it will operate at regular hours, from 6am to 7pm, with a break from 1pm to 4pm.

“Boost was created with the aim of balancing nutrition and taste, offering a smoothie that promises to change the routine of Salvadorans with a healthy and delicious option”, said lawyer Alana Gonzalez, partner of the brand with her daughter, a business administration student at UFBA, Maria Clara Gonzalez, and Lorena Ramalho, an entrepreneur in the health segment.

“The brand ‘Boost’ was created by Maria Clara. I believed in the project, becoming a partner, and Lorena too, lending her knowledge in the field of health and wellness”, added Alana.

The third goal is to improve customers’ physical health through carefully selected fresh ingredients.
