Dariusz Barski appeared on Monday morning in front of the headquarters of the National Prosecutor’s Office in Warsaw in the Mujahideen. But progress was not allowed inside. According to him, he should be allowed to perform his duties because he is a national prosecutor.

There is one national prosecutor and I perform this function in accordance with the ruling of the Supreme Court – Barsky said to journalists gathered in front of the PKK headquarters.

Today, Friday, the Criminal Chamber of the Supreme Court, composed of the so-called new judges, convened and the new judges concluded that the appointment of Dariush Barski as National Prosecutor in 2022 was legally effective.

The current National Prosecutor, Darius Korneluk, took over the position after Barsky’s previous nomination for the position was found to be flawed.
