On September 27, President Andrzej Duda appointed Judge Joanna Mistal Konica as president of the Civil Chamber of the Supreme Court. Let us remember that the election of three candidates to head this chamber took place on September 10. As the results of the Lawyers’ Committee show, although the President of the Republic appointed the President of the Chamber, there are doubts about nominating candidates for this position earlier.
